How much does it cost?

Why is it free?

  • If you make an enquiry and book through us, the venue pay us a small commission for referring a client to them, which is not passed on to the client.
  • This is why our service is free to you and in most cases we are able to use our buying power to negotiate a better deal for you.

How do I use your service?

  • Contact us when you have a definite date/event in mind by telephone or email, or complete the enquiry form on the contact us page.
  • Having discussed your requirements we will source up to three suitable venues, hold provisional bookings, email a set of proposals and arrange for you to view the venues.
  • If you decide one of the venues is suitable and would like to confirm the booking, we will arrange for the venue to send a contract directly to you.
