Our history
London Corporate Event Solutions (formally UK Insight) has over 14 years experience in the travel industry and offers a professional, personal, friendly service.  We started in 1997 as a venue finding agency sourcing standard and unusual venues in London and throughout the UK, used by an extensive range of corporate clients including PSD Group, Dennis Publishing, Serco, General Cable,  TMP Worldwide and Norton Rose to name but a few. In October 2010 we re-branded to  “London Corporate Event Solutions” and in January 2011 we launched our  new website.

Quality service

We are more than an online database, large or small, whatever your event or hotel accommodation needs, we are real people offering real help. We’re waiting to take your enquiry, listen to your needs, understand your requirements.  We specialise in London, but cover the whole of the UK.

Once you have fully briefed us on the nature of your conference or event, we will use our knowledge and experience to identify the most suitable venues in the specified location. We will then check availability, obtain quotes, taking advantage of seasonal offers and discounted rates available and hold the space on your behalf on a selection of up to three ideal venues.

To assist you with making the final decision, we can direct you to the relevant websites, supply brochures if you prefer and arrange an inspection visit at a time to suit you.  So in summary, we do the work at no charge to you, you make the choice and the result is an ideal venue at the best rates!
